Why do sectionals cost more than regular sofas?
Pricing follows seat count and surface area — a 6-seat sectional has roughly twice the fabric of a loveseat, plus corner units that need extra detail work. That's why sectionals are priced per configuration: you only pay for the size you actually have.
Are there any trip or hidden fees?
No. The price you're quoted covers travel within our service area (Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Durham, Chapel Hill and nearby towns), labor, products, and equipment. The only changes ever made are ones you approve in person before work starts.
Why is the in-person price sometimes different from the website?
Website prices are honest starting points for typical condition. Heavy soiling, pet contamination needing enzyme treatment, or delicate fabrics requiring slower methods can add cost — but you'll know the exact figure before we begin, never after.
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes — bundling is the best way to save. Cleaning a sofa plus a mattress, or adding chairs to any job, costs noticeably less than separate visits because the setup is already done. Ask for bundle pricing in your quote.
How do I pay, and when?
Payment is due on completion, after you've inspected the results — card, cash, or electronic transfer. No deposits, no prepayment.
