These terms govern your use of renewhomeco.com and the cleaning services provided by RenewHomeCo. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to them.
Estimates & pricing
- Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed in person before any work begins — no work starts without your approval.
- Published prices are starting prices; heavily soiled items, delicate fabrics, or special treatments may cost more, always confirmed up front.
Bookings & cancellations
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- We may need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or equipment issues — we'll notify you as early as possible.
Service guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning result, contact us within 14 days and we'll re-clean the item free of charge. The guarantee covers the originally cleaned items and does not cover new stains or damage occurring after our visit.
Results disclaimer
We use professional methods and pre-test fabrics before cleaning, but some stains (e.g., set-in dye, bleach spots, sun fading) are permanent and cannot be removed by any cleaning process. We will tell you honestly when we believe a stain cannot be fully removed.
Liability
We are insured and treat your home with care. Our liability for any damage caused by our work is limited to the repair or fair replacement value of the affected item. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, inherent fabric defects, or normal wear revealed by cleaning.
